During this time Spleen/ Pancreas repair. When it is cleaned the digestive system fire is at peak so what ever food you eat it will digest efficiently and breakup nutrients and send to the parts require each For example: Calcium is needed to all bones our body collects calcium contents send to bones for proper maintenance. Similarly some nutrient is required for particular structure of our body... During this time you should eat the food enriched Proteins, Vitamins, Minerals etcc... but less carbohydrates which will enhance all your body needs and improve the efficiency of your pancreas to produce insulin for your body needs... When insulin production is increased you diabetes will control. Your body is designed by the God to do particular work in particular time... You should follow your body time to have good health

During this time your stomach repair. It needs lot of energy and liquid to clean. Our stomach has energy and you drink liquids which is sufficient to clean. Do not eat cooked food as stomach disturbs. At 7 AM your cleaning works starts if you drink water or juices or milk it will take 10 to 15 minutes to clean.. After that you can have Break fast. This way you can protect your stomach and it can avoid many stomach problems.

It is the most important time to eliminate unwanted solid material accumulated from our food is called bowel moment... A bowel movement is the last stop in the movement of food through your digestive tract. Your stool passes out of your body through the rectum and anus. Another name for stool is feces. It is made of what is left after your digestive system (stomach, small intestine, and colon) absorbs nutrients and fluids from what you eat and drink.
For proper movement you should take food containing fiber and drinking sufficient water or juices help to eliminated unwanted in stool.

During this time our body repairs our Lungs and remove toxic materials. When you are following healthy habits your lungs will be safe.. if you are a smoker, are follows unhealthy habits our body tries its level best to clean lungs but some toxic materials remain in our lungs which will be cause of lung cancer etc.. So Follow healthy habits.

During this time our lever will clean, send waste materials, to do it requires lot of energy.  What ever the energy produced by the body will be used it to clean because when you are at sound sleep all your body parts will not do any functions except lungs.
If you don't have sound sleep your digestive system goes worst.
