The kidneys perform many crucial functions, including: maintaining overall fluid balance. regulating and filtering minerals from blood. filtering waste materials from food, medications, and toxic substances
The kidneys perform the essential function of removing waste products from the blood and regulating the water fluid levels. The diagram below shows the basic structure of the kidney. The kidneys receive blood through the renal artery.
Bladder::::The bladder is a hollow organ that can comfortably hold about two cups of urine for approximately two to five hours, according to the National Kidney and Urologic Diseases Information Clearinghouse. Once the bladder fills to a comfortable limit, signals go to the brain to alert the body that the bladder is full and communicate the need to urinate. Once urination occurs, the bladder begins to fill again. At times, a failure in the signaling system prevents the bladder from releasing all of the urine, a condition known as urinary retention
Kidneys and Bladder: From 3 to 7 p.m. you may notice you’re tired and want a nap. When the kidneys are healthy and working properly, you’ll feel energetic at that time, not tired.
My advise
1... Kidney functions are most important to filter our blood and remove unwanted materials from our blood to keep our body Healthy.
2.... As per my knowledge our kidneys filter about 3 Liters of blood per hour... Any toxic material present in the blood will be sent to the bladder along with waste water.
3.. When the bladder fill with toxic materials with waste water about two cups it will release as Urine.
4... If you drink sufficient water our kidney will perform its duties perfectly for life long.
5... We are seeing many people whose kidneys need to be transplant with other due to failure. It is because when our kidney filter toxic materials again and again with the same blood which cannot be removed from the body. This stage is known as kidney failure.
6... Drink water and protect your kidneys
