My advise
1....  During pregnancy every woman faces constipation problem due to it the  child may be born with skin problems... You can avoid it
2...   It can avoid gestational diabetes
3....  It can improve your n your child's muscle n bone strength
4..... You can sleep better which is beneficial to form different parts of your child body
