Mother's thoughts effect on her child ...  2
Posted in 2014

A pregnant woman’s thoughts are the precursor for her emotions.  And her emotions are the precursor for the neurohormones that Thomas Verny refers to.
In "Magical Beginnings, Enchanted Lives," Dr. Deepak Chopra clearly explains what pregnancy research is showing, “When a pregnant mother is anxious, stressed, or in a fearful state, the stress hormones released into her bloodstream cross through the placenta to the baby. Hundreds of studies have confirmed that chemicals released by the pregnant mother’s body are transported into the womb and affect the unborn baby.”
Negative thoughts are often the root cause of a fear-based stress response. Chopra says, “Stress activates the unborn child’s endocrine system and influences fetal brain development. Children born to mothers who had intensely stressful pregnancies are more likely to have behavioral problems later in life.” Verny says, "Studies show that mothers under extreme and constant stress are more likely to have babies who are premature, lower than average in weight, hyperactive, irritable, and colicky.”
Backing up the experts above, another well known expert, cell biologist and neuroscientist, Bruce Lipton, Ph.D. writes, “When passing through the placenta, the hormones of a mother experiencing chronic stress will profoundly alter the distribution of blood flow in her fetus and change the character of her developing child’s physiology.”
My advise
1...   When the couple decided to give birth to the child they leave  negative thoughts/
2..    They should practice positive thinking before  conceiving so that their bodies release healthy eggs n sperm with positive nature and  your child becomes a great person.
3....   Emotional health is a state of well being. When you feel well and content, you are better able to cope with stress, maintain relationships and enjoy life.
4....     Being active, feeling a sense of belonging and having a purpose in life are all good for emotional health and well being. You will feel happier and better able to deal with problems and stress.
5...      When you are pregnant, your baby is exposed to everything you experience. This includes the sounds in the environment, the air you breathe, the food you eat and the emotions you feel.
6....     When you feel happy and calm, it allows your baby to develop in a happy, calm environment. However, emotions like stress and anxiety can increase particular hormones in your body, which can affect your baby’s developing body and brain.
7....    Benefits of emotional health after your baby is born
From birth, the interactions you have with your baby helps to shape the way he or she will think, feel and behave later in life. These interactions also help to form important emotional bonds between you and your child.
Good emotional health also helps to maintain positive relationships with your older children and other family. They can help support you and your partner through the challenges of adjusting to a new baby.
8...   Looking after your emotional health has benefits for both you and your baby.
9....  Your emotions ..happy feelings develop positive thoughts feelings in your child so that he he may think positive and he will be more successful in his life.
I wish every couple should have a great child with greatest qualities.
